1. Data controller

2. Data and purposes

We process identification and contact data, messages, business information supplied by carriers and CV files supplied by candidates. Data is used to answer enquiries, evaluate applications, manage partner requests, maintain account security and comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases

Processing is based on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in secure and efficient business communication, and consent where required.

4. Retention

Contact and cooperation requests are normally retained for up to 24 months; unsuccessful applications for up to 12 months unless longer consent is granted; account and security logs for periods proportionate to security and legal needs.

5. Recipients and transfers

Data may be handled by authorised staff and service providers for hosting, email, IT support and professional advice under appropriate safeguards. International transfers outside the EEA are made only with a valid legal mechanism.

6. Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

7. Security

We use access controls, password hashing, protected uploads, encrypted transport where available, logging and data minimisation. No internet service can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
