Your rights under the GDPR

You may request confirmation of processing and a copy of your data; rectification of inaccurate data; erasure where conditions are met; restriction; portability; and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

How to exercise rights

Write to info@agpoland.eu and identify the request. We may ask for reasonable proof of identity. Responses are normally provided within one month, subject to lawful extensions.

Complaint

You may lodge a complaint with UODO in Poland or another competent EEA supervisory authority.
